1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TCTenProjects.com and the content subscription and fixed package services provided by TCTen Projects (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a plan or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide content services for brands, including social media editing, short-form video, carousel and static content, and AI-enhanced editing. We offer two types of plans: monthly subscriptions for brands that need content every month, and fixed packages for one-off needs with a set number of pieces at one price.
Every plan includes a content plan, captions, and post scheduling at no extra cost. Performance reports are included in the Scale and Advanced Plus plans.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver on time, you agree to:
• Provide raw footage, images, brand assets, and briefs by the agreed deadlines
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Provide accurate information and the legal right to use all materials you send us
• Grant us access to your social media accounts, where scheduling or reporting is part of your plan
Delays in materials or approvals may delay delivery and do not extend or refund your billing period.
4. Delivery and Turnaround
Subscription plans have an average delivery time of about 48 hours per request, starting once we have received all required materials. Scale plan requests are placed in a priority queue. Fixed packages are delivered within 10 days of purchase and receipt of materials. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with the size and complexity of the request.
On-location shoots take place in Bali and are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. Travel outside Bali is not included. Rescheduling or cancelling a shoot with less than 24 hours’ notice may mean the shoot is forfeited.
5. Revisions
Each piece of content includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within 3 days of delivery. Revisions cover changes to the agreed brief, such as text, timing, or minor visual edits. Changes outside the original brief, or additional revision rounds, count as new requests and may count as a new request or be charged separately.
6. Payment
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout.
• Fixed packages are paid in full upfront at the price shown at checkout.
• Work begins once payment is received.
• Late payments may pause our services until the balance is cleared.
• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time with at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fixed packages are one-off purchases and cannot be cancelled once work has started. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the services you paid for.
8. Intellectual Property
• Your materials: You keep all rights to the footage, images, logos, and other assets you provide.
• Final content: Once payment is complete, you own the final approved content we deliver, for your own commercial use.
• Our tools and methods: We keep rights to our templates, workflows, and processes.
• Third-party elements: Stock footage, music, fonts, and similar assets may carry their own licenses, which apply to your use.
• Portfolio use: Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
9. Use of AI Tools
We may use AI-assisted tools in our editing and production workflow. All content is reviewed by our team before delivery. You agree not to submit materials that you do not have the right to use, and you remain responsible for confirming that the final content is suitable for publication.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
We treat your non-public business information and unreleased materials as confidential, and we do not share them except as needed to deliver the services. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. No Guarantee of Results
We create content designed to support your brand, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as views, followers, engagement, leads, or sales. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your product, and your audience.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TCTen Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. 
13. Termination
We may suspend or end our services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or provide unlawful or harmful content. You may end the services at any time under Section 7.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Indonesia, unless we agree to resolve them another way.
